AI workflow enablement

I managed AI workflow testing across Product and Engineering, identified four critical gaps and coordinated their resolution so the release was ready. I turned what we learned into standardised documentation, which cut onboarding time by 64%.

Global Cloud ERP adoption

I coordinated feature rollouts across four regions, turning complex product capabilities into practical documentation, stakeholder communications and enablement materials. I also supported SAP S/4HANA Cloud Engineering teams across 40+ sprints, connecting product, engineering and enablement through Jira and Confluence.

Learning that people actually use

I produced internal podcasts and video-based learning for SAP employees, with Camtasia, Figma, Canva and Framer, to make complex technical topics accessible. I also planned and supported 10+ enablement events reaching about 200 to 2,000 participants each, handling speakers, content, communication and moderation.

Alongside this I ran UX research and customer feedback sessions, and turned the findings into concrete product improvements.
