People first, technology second
Whether you're building software, improving a process or introducing AI, the biggest challenge is rarely the technology. It's helping people understand it, trust it and make it part of their workflow.
My background combines product delivery, agile leadership, UX/UI design and hands-on AI development, so I can move between business conversations, user needs and technical discussions.
